Process Work is a cutting edge approach to personal and organizational change. It is a way of researching and improving one’s ability to resolve conflicts in individual and social contexts.

Process Work embraces humanistic issues of happiness, fulfillment and meaning. It deals with dreams, emotions and subjective experiences. At the same time it is a field of knowledge developed across a wide and congruent theoretical basis.

The practice of Process Work binds together and investigates domains such as: conflict resolution and facilitation (inner ones, in relationships, social conflicts and tensions), health (somatic and psychological), addictions, moods, altered states of consciousness, work issues, stress, communication, creativity and other areas of help.

Process Work was created in the 1970s by a Jungian analyst, Arnold Mindell, PhD, in the beginning only as a method of psychotherapy. Read more about the history, background and institutions researching Process Work worldwide.
